1. How do when your information changes and you do not have a backorder?
Just change them yourself on your next order. Your e-mail can also be replaced in your account.
2. Can I change an order?
We can add or replace securities already validated on-line in all cases.
3. How about the status of their orders?
To track an order, simply click on "YOUR ACCOUNT" at the top of the home page by choosing View your orders.
Insert your e-mail and your code. Click the order number.
4. Can I cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel an order, a refund will be made via PayPal to your account.

Shipping costs :
1. How do you calculate shipping costs?
We send products around the world. The charges are automatically calculated according to article number
and country of delivery.

Important: If the destination is not part of the European Union, you are required to comply with local regulations regarding import and pay any taxes.
Miscellaneous :
1. What can we do when we receive boxes damaged?
We are not responsible for postal mishandling. However, contact us, we find a simple solution for this inconvenience.
2. What can you do when you receive a damaged or defective CD?
The products that we send have no defects and normally there is no problem with exchanging your defective copy.
To resolve this problem quickly, simply contact us by email our customer service that will give you how to solve it.
Important: If you have the possibility, it is useful to test the faulty CD on another drive to check if the disc is in question or is simply incompatible with your player (unfortunately very common with PC DVD drives-ROM!).
3. What can you do when you receive a wrong way?
Our logistics are well rehearsed, but we are unfortunately not immune to a mistake and we apologize in advance.
If a disc received does not match the one you ordered, there is obviously no problem with the return of this title but it must be returned in its original packaging (plastic film protection).
To resolve this problem quickly, simply contact us by email our customer service that will give you how to solve it.
Important: In all other cases where we are responsible, we do not refund return postage.
4. What forms of payment?
By credit card via Paypal (VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, ...).
5. Is it possible to order by fax or by phone ?
