Article 1: Scope
The general conditions of sale apply exclusively to current trade relations between existing and future Roooar and its customers.
These general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the purchaser in respect of products sold on www.roooar.com. If effective order, the contract falls under the regulation of distance selling and is subject to Belgian law.

Offers and prices contained on www.roooar.com are valid as they are visible on the site and that, within the limits of available stocks.
Roooar may change these terms and conditions of sale at any time, subject to modifications appear on the site www.roooar.com.
In case of dispute, the general sales conditions applicable are those in effect when ordering.

Article 2 : Product
Products may be added or removed from the site www.roooar.com without notice.
Products are subject to slight variations in shape, weight, size and color. The photographs and texts describing the products offered on www.roooar.com therefore fall outside the scope of the contract. Moreover, roooar can not be held responsible for inadvertent errors that may be contained in its tender.
The items offered are in accordance with Belgian law in force. Responsibility roooar can be incurred for non-compliance of the country where the items are delivered (censorship, prohibition of a title, author). It is the buyer or consignee of the goods to check with local authorities the ability to import or use them.

Article 3 : Orders
We pledge to accept your order in terms of these general conditions of sale.
If you have ordered items that are not immediately available, we take care to ship your package as soon as the items we have delivered.
Please note that we will fulfill your order within the limits of our stocks. The availability of our products is visible on the site. However, if, despite our vigilance, the products are out of stock (backordered ,...) after your order, we will cancel it automatically and notify you by e-mail.
By confirming your order, you accept all these terms and conditions of sale available to you on the site, and agree to have perfect knowledge, thus renouncing to avail yourself of any contradictory document, including your own terms of purchase, the act of purchase involving the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. This confirmation and all the data we have recorded will constitute proof of our transactions.
Our main objective is to offer you a wide selection of CDs available on the world market and this, the lowest prices. To control our costs and send you your favorite CD as soon as possible, we only accept orders via our website. Once the order is sent you get some minutes later an email confirmation will indicate the proper receipt and your order number. Please keep it safe because you'll need for any further correspondence.

Article 4 : Prices
Prices quoted in Euro are inclusive of all taxes, excluding postage, processing your order and any customs fees.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we are committed to apply the tariffs which were displayed at the time of your order.

Article 5 : Payment
The price is payable immediately on the date of the order. Payments are to be made by credit card.
The information on your card (name, card type, number and expiry date) are handled by secure PayPal. It verifies the information with the relevant payment center, then validates (or not) without recording the transaction information confidential. At no time did we become aware of this information and these are never recorded.

Article 6 : Delivery, Shipping, postage, time, return
Shipping::
Currently, deliveries are possible in the world.
Delivery is made to the address you provided when ordering.
Shipping:
For each item in our catalog, we inform you about its availability through a shipment (not delivery!) Means:

Ships within 48 hours: this item is widely available at home and unless we are attacked by a sudden and massive demand, it will be shipped within two business days.

Ships in 2-5 days: the delivery of these items is a little longer as dependent on the supplier.

Ships in 5-20 days: the delivery of these items is longer as dependent on the distributor.

The shipping times above are indicative and updated daily.

Postage:
Mandatory participation in postage and packing is requested. It depends on the item purchased and the country of delivery (see table of shipping).
Deadlines:
Delivery may vary from 2 to 15 days after the confirmation of your order. This period is reduced to 2 days for Belgium. Delivery times are indicative only.
Exceeding these may give rise to any cancellation of the order, any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and no payment of damages, when the customer comes within 30 days receiving the order.
Returns:
Roooar committed to sending you quality products.
You can always return it but you must do so within the working 7days from the date of dispatch of your order if you are in Europe, and within 15 working days if you live outside the European Union:
Returns granted if:

Faulty CD: If a disc is defective, please indicate precisely the nature of the problem and upon receipt we are committed to trade after verification by us.

Error in command: If you made a mistake in your order and the package has left our warehouse, you can always return the title in question but only if it is in its original packaging (plastic film protection ...).

Error in Delivery: If a disk received does not match the one you ordered, there is obviously no problem with the return of this title but it must be returned in its original packaging (film plastic protection). Upon receipt we will arrange to refund you as soon as possible.

Important: outside the latter case we are responsible, we do not refund return postage.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage items caused by postal service disputes.

Article 7 : Right of withdrawal
In compliance with the legislation in force for distance selling (Act of July 14, 1991)
The right of renunciation may not be exercised in "the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software unsealed by the consumer" (Art. 80, § 4, 3).

Article 8 : Property
The delivered goods remain our property until you have fulfilled all your obligations towards us and especially to pay full price.

Article 9 : Privacy notice
You have a right to access and rectify information concerning you. Just to exercise this right, send an email to info@roooar.com or write to the address mentioned in Article 1. Under no circumstances do we communicate confidential information related to your account.

Article 10 : Intellectual Property
All text, graphics and visual content on the site www.roooar.com are protected by copyright worldwide.
For this reason and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, only private and free performance in an exclusive circle of family and copies or reproductions strictly reserved for private use and not for collective use is allowed . Without prior authorization in writing by Roooar Any other use constitutes infringement and is sanctioned by the Code of Intellectual Property.

Article 11 : Applicable law and jurisdiction
The parties shall use all means at their disposal to resolve amicably any disputes relating to these conditions of sale.
These general conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. All disputes concerning the business relationship between Roooar and its customers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
